PRICING METHOD

The cost of works on conformity assessment of the products within the scope of accreditation of CB RPN SFERA LLC — from 15000 rubles.

The specific scope of works performed at conformity declaring or at compulsory certification and subject to payment depends on the established form and the scheme of the compulsory conformity assessment.

In the general case the cost of works on certification (conformity assessment) is formed according to the following formula:

C = Cоб + Cос + Cи + Cсмк + Cик + Cикс + Coo ,where:

C — total cost of works on certification;
Cоб — cost of samples collected for testing;
Cос — cost of services of the certification body;
 — cost of product testing in the accredited testing laboratory;
Ccмк — cost of quality or production management system certification;
Cик — cost of audits for conformity of the certificated products for conformity to technical regulations;
Cикс — cost of one audit conducted within the frames of inspection control over conformity of the certified quality (production) management system to requirements of RD;
Coo — costs of collection, identification, packing and transportation of samples to the place of testing during certification.

When accepting the declaration of conformity on the basis of own evidence and the evidence obtained with participation of the certification body and/ or accredited testing laboratory (center), works subject to payment include:

Payment of travel expenses of the certification body’s specialists is performed in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Russian Federation

The amount of payment for conformity assessment services provided by the certification body is determined following the formula:

Cос = tос*T*(1 + (Кнз + Ккр) / 100 ) * (1 + Р / 100), where:

T — labor payment expenses of the certifications body’s specialist (rubles per day);
toc — labor input of works performed (man-day);
Кнз — coefficient taking into account the rate of charge on payroll established by the applicable legislation (percent);
Ккр — coefficient taking into account indirect costs (percent);
P — level of profitability (percent).
